May I know how do I code it in scratch? I’m just a beginner

Hello GACO-Games, I cannot really help you with that, I would suggest you look for help on sub-reddits or game development discord channels, you can find help easier on these places from experienced developers.

thanks

but how did you come up with that?

I used a lot of these channels when I was learning game development, I'm not sure which engine you use but almost every engine has a discord server with help section and ppls are really helpful there!

Also, subreddits designed for the engines can also be used for help, both of these are really helpful.

I wish you good luck!

Hope this isn't a dumb question lol. But how did you set it up together? I tried using photoshop and illustrator, but I couldn't get it to look like yours in the examples. Thanks in advance

take a look into 9 slices scaling, that's how you use it, it will allow you to achieve that result.
