Fantasy Fanfare Music Bundle
New 24 Hours Claim System!
Hello everyone,
We've just implemented a new claiming system for owners of Fantasy Fanfare. Starting today, if you have previously purchased Fantasy Fanfare, you will be able to claim the new asset packs added to the Mega Music Bundle Fantasy Fanfare.
Claims can be made within 24 hours of the new asset being released and added to the bundle, exclusively during this time period and not after.
Please note that new releases are scheduled only on the following weekdays: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Note: To clarify, the New Packs are not updates to this pack; they are new content we release as separate packs. We are offering them to you for free as long as you own Fantasy Fanfare during the first 24 hours after release.

How does the claiming of the new bundles work? Do I have to call up the new assets or in the "Mega Music Bundle Fantasy Fanfare"?

Hello Dodo, as mentioned above, just open itch on these days, in case we released a new music pack, just open the page and where normally is a "Download" button, it will be "Claim Item", just click on it.

The latest 3 assets I've been unable to claim since I bought the bundle. So whatever claiming system you are using, it isn't working.
Hello SnakeChips, we started the claiming system today. Past packs are not able to be claimed, as it is written above.
This is where the issue comes in. I didn't even know you updated the packs let alone released more new content. I'm not bringing up this website every day and I never get notifications when you release new things. I get notifications/e-mails from everyone else I follow on here though. So not being notified is just making me feel like I am being scammed to purchase more when I shouldn't have to because I already technically paid for it. Everyone else who updates packs I have purchased I had no trouble redeeming let alone knowing they had an update for it to redeem in time, this is the first I am having this issue. So if you are going to only give 24 hours, make sure those notifications/e-mails go out. And I assume the same goes for the same goes for the Game Assets Mega Bundle cause I am unable to claim some of those as well.
Hello SnakeChips, the email issue is part of Itch, we cannot send emails to every customer ourselves. If you don't check the page often, that is not on us, the release dates are noted above and as long as you check on these days, you should not miss any releases.
Please note that this system started today. The pack is not a one-time purchase where you get everything for free. We are not updating the pack but releasing new packs. It's different from updates, other people don't give new packs for free as we are offering.
Hello, I am trying to claim the Mega Music Bundle Fantasy Fanfare. I purchased Fantasy Fanfare in the past 175 days ago and would like to claim the new music packs you said previous purchasers could download access to if they followed your claim system. I don't see a link that would allow me to access these new music packs. How would I claim them?
Hello Psychojack88, we started the claiming system today. Past packs cannot be claimed, as indicated above. Only packs released from today onward and for 24 hours after their release can be claimed. The release days are also written above.
