The license on these appears rather incomplete - there's nothing about attribution except in the term around modifying.
Are you claiming copyright on derivative works?
I saw these in the current Humble Bundle, but I can't use these in a commercial product as it stands.
Hey Fluffygamer, you can use them in your commercial games, but you cannot resell the assets, even if they are modified.
That means that taking the assets, making small changes, and reselling them as asset packs is not allowed.
