Hello tongkexue, I did make meat icons, but skin I didn’t, there is bags type of icons which you could use as misc item icon.
Remember that these icons are only available in the Farming World pack or in the Icon Pack.
No, I don’t have these icons, while I do have chicken meat and some other meat icons, I don’t have specific icon for each animal, at least not yet, I will see if I add it to my item icons pack.

are there icons for the meat / skin each animal drops if you kill it? (i.e. in a farming simulator)

I don't understand. Imagine we are building a farming sim.
The farmer kills an animal. It should drop two things
chicken => chicken meat, feather
cow => beef, cow leather
pig => pork, pig leather
Are there labels for the "meat/skin" drop, per animal ?
